We also ensure that all our teachers are fully vetted before we have them entered onto our database. Unlike many other agencies we take a great deal of care and time in checking the information the teachers have given us and conduct an interview via phone with all the candidates. Currently we have on file 10,000 candidates applications and over 5,000 teachers interested in teaching in China, registered on our database.
Where possible we ask all teachers to provide a police check of their background before they apply for a job and the school accepts their position.
- Full consultation in both English and Chinese between the school and teacher
- Clear instructions on how the process will be conducted and the time scale
- All questions will be replied within 48 hours of receiving them by email
- Any inconsistencies in the teacher’s resume/CV will be investigated
- Any gaps in their teaching/ work history will assume their application cancelled
- Teachers must always give the full details asked of them during the application process
- The school will provide all the relevant documents to apply for the visa and work permits
- A full English version of the contract will be sent to the teacher in good time for them to review and decide on
- Any contractual issues between the teacher and school can be resolved through our legal team
