Key responsibilities:
1. To sustain effective relationships and communication with recruitment team for international teacher positions recruiting mainly from U.S.A, UK, Canada, Australia and other English speaking countries.
2. To prepare recruitment plan, advice job descriptions and place job advertisements within time frame to ensure candidates pool provide sufficient resumes for high demand of recruiting.
3. To conduct interviews, related pre-employment screening, references checking for right candidate’s identification.
4. To develop and execute systematic assessment tools, generate offers to candidates; negotiate employment terms; close offers etc.
5. To organize new staff reception, new staff initial orientation, document preparation, inform all concern departments and parties for necessary arrangement.
6. Responsible for regular recruitment summary report for info providing to senior management team for decision making.
7. To involve in HR department budget planning and assist HR department on staff compensation & benefits reviewing.
Main Requirements:
1. English native speaker with excellent interpersonal, presentation, organizing and communication skills.
2. Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years working experience in HR generalist function with hands on experience in handling recruitment and selection for China is desirable.
3. Understanding of UK (A level) or USA education system with sound subject knowledge background.
4. Proactive, independent, energetic, initiative, flexible and a good team player.
